PRINT OPERATOR / LARGE FORMAT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Join a Dynamic and Professional Large-Format Print Production Team

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist to join our growing production team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-format print production. Experience with dye-sublimation printing would be advantageous, although it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where quality, efficiency, teamwork, and technical expertise are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a range of large-format printing equipment, including Mimaki, Colorado, Arizona, and Epson printers (training provided where required).
  • Produce high-quality print output across a variety of materials and substrates.
  • Manage daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Carry out quality control checks throughout all stages of production to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Work closely with the production team and communicate any issues promptly to management to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow while ensuring production accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct final inspections and quality assurance checks on completed projects before dispatch.
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care of production equipment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels of production materials and report inventory requirements as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
