Salary: £35,746 - £40,003 per annum

About the Role
No two weeks are ever the same. This job demands strength of character, resilience, and the ability to build constructive relationships with individuals at their most vulnerable.
Core Responsibilities
- Work across a range of high-paced and varied daily duties, including:
- Peacekeeping, conflict resolution, and ensuring safety
- Counselling and behavioural support
- Facilitating educational and rehabilitation activities
- Engage with offenders to address their needs and rehabilitate them
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold security, discipline, and positive working environments
- Operate across shifts, including weekends to maintain duty coverage
