You’ll work closely with offenders who may be at the lowest point in their lives, fostering constructive, positive, and professional relationships to help them rehabilitate.
Teamwork is at the core of this role. You’ll need to:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues
- Support a cohesive team
- Ensure the safety of prisoners, staff, and the public
Work Schedule: You will be required to work various shifts, including weekends.
