As a prison officer, you’ll:
- Take the time to build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders. These relationships are crucial: prisoners may be at their lowest point in their lives.
- Be part of a unified team, actively supporting colleagues to keep the prison, offenders and staff safe.

- Be prepared to work various shifts and weekends.
