You must be committed to teamwork and antibullying policies, as collaborative safety is paramount within the role. Rotating shifts (including weekends) are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Versatility in Roles: Switch seamlessly between peacekeeping, counselling, mentoring, and instructing.
- Direct Support: Work closely with offenders to guide them toward rehabilitation and positive change.
- Public Protection: Assist in safeguarding communities by managing and monitoring offenders effectively.
- Team Contribution: Uphold the core team ethos of safety, professionalism, and resilience.
