Prison Support Role
Location: HMP Erlestoke Salary: £30,491
About the Role
As an Operational Support Grade (OSG), you’ll be a vital part of the team keeping a busy prison running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing security and gate searches
- Managing deliveries and security checks
- Supervising prisoner and visitor movements
- Monitoring phone calls and CCTV
- Helping with physical tasks, such as lifting, escorting vehicles, and patrolling grounds
This role blends desk-based duties with physical activity, ensuring meaningful work every shift.
