About the Role

As an Operational Support Grade, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy prison. Your role will involve:
- Security and searches at the gate
- Managing deliveries
- Supervising visitors
- Monitoring phone calls and CCTV
- Escorting vehicles within the prison grounds (including lifting, carrying, and walking)
This position offers a varied and active environment, combining both desk-based and physical duties.
