About the Role
An extraordinary job for someone like you. As an Operational Support Grade (OSG), you’ll be a crucial part of maintaining the day-to-day functioning of a busy prison. Your role spans a wide variety of responsibilities—including security checks at the gate, delivery management, visitor supervision, and monitoring of phone calls and CCTV.
This varied and dynamic position incorporates both desk-based tasks and physical activities, such as lifting, carrying, and escorting vehicles across the prison site.

Remember, this role covers various shifts, including weekend and night shifts, ensuring seamless operations around the clock.
