As an Operational Support Grade, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy prison.
Key Responsibilities
- Security and visitor searches at the gate
- Managing deliveries and supervising visitors
- Monitoring phone calls and CCTV
- Escorting vehicles across the prison grounds
- Balancing desk duties with physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and walking
- Shift work, including weekends and night shifts
