An Extraordinary Role for the Right Person
As an Operational Support Grade (OSG), you will be at the heart of our vital work, ensuring a busy prison runs smoothly and safely. Your duties will be varied and hands-on, covering:
- Security checks (e.g., gate searches)
- Managing prison deliveries and supplies
- Supervising visitors
- Monitoring phone calls and CCTV footage
- Escorting vehicles around the prison grounds
- Balancing desk-based tasks with physical work—such as lifting, carrying, and walking

Shift Work & Driving Requirements
- This is a shift-based role, including weekends and nights.
- Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence—driving duties are a core aspect of the role.

Financial & Benefit Package (on top of your base pay)
- Annual leave: 25 days upon joining, increasing to 30 days after 10 years (pro-rated).
