About the Role As an Operational Support Grade (OSG), you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a busy prison. Your duties will span a diverse range of tasks, including:

Security and supervision: Security checks and monitoring at the prison gate.

Logistics and maintenance: Managing deliveries and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Visitor services: Supervising and assisting with visitation processes.

Communications monitoring: Wwatching over prisoner phone calls and CCTV footage.
This dynamic role balances:
- Desk-based administrative tasks
- Physically demanding activities, such as:
- Lifting and carrying
- Escorting vehicles across prison grounds

Working Conditions
As an OSG, you will perform a range of shifts, including:
- Weekends
- Overnight shifts
To with importantly fulfil vital driving duties specific to this position you must hold a full and valid UK driving licence.
