Privacy Counsel - EMEA and APAC Lead (2-7 PQE)

Uxbridge - £80k-£95k + bonus (flexible for right candidate)

Responsible of leading the multi-jurisdictional privacy legal team in EMEA and APAC. Focusing on providing advice for integrating privacy and AI in online Integrating privacy and AI in online (App and Website) and offline products and services.

  • Create and implement data protection compliance programme
  • Provide legal data protection advice to the commercial legal team - draft, review, negotiate data protection provisions and agreements for B2B and B2C relationships, including cross border-data transfers with third parties
  • Collaboration with the infosec teams and working alongside the counterpart in the USA for Privacy and Data Protection
  • Privacy by design implementation
