We are seeking an experienced Private Market Account Manager for North London and Essex and Private Account Manager for South London and South Coast to join our Commercial team in UK. This role is responsible for driving the commercial success of Idorsia’s portfolio within the UK and Ireland’s private/self-pay healthcare market. This includes expanding market presence, developing services, and increasing product uptake. This role is reporting National Private Account Director.
This role is responsible for expanding market reach, developing services, and increasing product uptake by enhancing existing accounts and raising awareness of Idorsia’s portfolio in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. Key sectors include private psychiatry, private clinics and GP networks, private hospital groups, and online doctor and pharmacy platforms.
To achieve commercial objectives, PAM will develop strategic business and account plans aligned with forecasted sales targets. They will leverage data and insights to facilitate informed, value-driven conversations with customers. Collaboration across internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, Medical, Legal, and Sales is essential to ensure cohesive execution and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive cross-functional business plan to exceed sales goals. Identify new opportunities for Idorsia products across the self-pay/private market and develop and deliver on those with strategic plans. Leverage digital platforms, CRM analytics and omnichannel insights to accelerate account activation and optimize customer engagement. Provide accurate territory forecasts, revenue projections and analytics to support commercial planning and decision-making. Prioritize accounts within the assigned territory using data-driven segmentation, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation. Negotiate pricing structures and contracts. Where needed, to own the end-to-end contracting process, working closely with Legal Compliance, Finance and Pricing to ensure compliant, value-driven agreements and timely renewals. Identify, engage, and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across both clinical and commercial, Psychiatry, Online Doctor/Pharmacy platforms, Private Clinics & GP networks and private hospital groups. Educate healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Idorsia’s products in accordance with ABPI and Idorsia compliance standards. Advocate patient needs and aligns with commercial priorities. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to develop compliant service models. Track and report KPIs including uptake, revenue, and patient outcomes. Identify and develop KOL’s for the private/Self pay market Attend key industry events, congresses, and customer meetings both in-person and virtually.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred in Science or Business). Minimum of 10 years job relevant experience. ABPI certificate (preferred). Experience in private healthcare account management. Understanding of UK and Ireland’s private/self-pay healthcare market. Experience in Psychiatry or CNS is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and omnichannel tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience. Entrepreneurial, accountable, and results-driven mindset. Flexibility to travel on a regular basis across assigned territory and nationally within the UK and Ireland. Valid driver’s license required.
