As a private adult nurse, you will provide an invaluable service to high profile clients with a diverse range of clinical needs, helping them secure quality time in the place that they call home. Delivering an exceptional, clinically led customer experience, you will go above and beyond to enrich clients’ lives, helping them take back control and live life to the fullest. The role As a Private Adult Nurse, you will support clients with End of Life care, Post‑Operative recovery and Complex Care in the community, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will be confident managing complex clinical presentations in a home‑based setting and committed to providing a gold‑standard nursing experience that truly enhances quality of life. Clinical experience & key skills required We are particularly keen to hear from nurses with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: End of Life and Palliative Care Post‑Operative care in the community Complex adult care outside of an acute setting You will also be confident and competent in the following clinical skills: Administration of controlled medication Pain and symptom management Syringe driver management Wound care and wound management Catheter care (male and female) and stoma care PEG feeding Tracheostomy care Ventilator support Role requirements Minimum 12 months’ UK nursing experience, ideally within acute, community, complex care or palliative settings Strong clinical judgement and confidence delivering care autonomously in the community Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide care across a variety of home‑based settings Right to work in the UK How we reward you Enjoy rewarding placements matched to your skillset supporting high-profile clients, competitive pay and unparalleled professional development Competitive rates of pay and travel contribution 5-star customer service training and induction Flexible shifts to suit your schedule 24/7 expert clinical support from our dedicated team Wellbeing calls with our experienced supervisions and appraisals team Join Ellea Nursing Simply click ‘apply’ to start your journey with us.
