As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking ambitious, commercially minded professionals to join our growing team in Central London.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Private Aviation Advisor to join our Private Aviation team. This is a client-facing sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and corporate clients.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, and delivering a best-in-class charter experience from enquiry through to booking.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in private aviation/luxury sales.

Business Development
Proactively source and engage new clients through outbound sales activity, research, referrals, inbound enquiries, and existing databases Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNWI, UHNWI, and corporate prospects Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the SHY Aviation and Lifestyle divisions Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new business opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 50 high-value accounts Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised service Understand each client’s specific requirements and provide tailored aviation solutions Maintain strong client retention through responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-led service Resolve client issues efficiently while managing expectations with discretion and commercial awareness
Sales & Negotiation
Manage charter requests from enquiry through to confirmation Build and present bespoke charter quotations with strong commercial judgement Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully to achieve revenue and sales targets Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through Zoho CRM and associated sales tools

Requirements
Skills & Experience
Proven sales and negotiation experience within private aviation or another luxury/high-value sales environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage premium client relationships Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, client-led environment Experience using CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications Flexibility to travel for client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences Additional language skills are advantageous
