About The Role
Private banking at Revolut will aim to develop long-term relationships with individuals across the globe. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, Private Bankers will own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We're looking for a Private Banking Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Private Bankers while continuing to build and manage your own portfolio of clients. You'll operate in a player-coach capacity, driving commercial performance across your team while personally contributing to revenue growth through net new money (NNM). You'll also foster a strong culture of risk management and compliance, using your client-facing expertise to coach your team, build commercial credibility, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
If you're an experienced Private Banker ready to step into leadership without stepping away from the client relationships that define the profession, this role was built for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a team of Private Bankers, driving pod-level net new money growth and individual performance against quarterly KPIs
- Coaching team members through joint client meetings, live deal reviews, and structured feedback to develop capability
- Running weekly 1:1s, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly performance cycles, while proactively managing underperformance
- Building Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plans and supporting recruitment to maintain pod capability and capacity
- Overseeing a transparent and auditable process for allocating internal leads across your pods.
- Monitoring pod-level quality control metrics, ensuring full compliance with KYC and AML requirements, and pre-approving high-risk cases
- Maintaining high standards of data quality across pods, including same-day CRM updates and timely suitability reviews
- Managing a lean personal client book, including onboarding and ongoing portfolio strategy
- Setting pod strategies aligned with annual NNM and AUM growth targets, acting as a market specialist
- Feeding client and market insights into the lead generation engine, product roadmap, and broader commercial strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
