Private Client Associate - Leading Opportunity in Guildford

Salary Range: £70,000 - £82,000
Hybrid Working: 3 days remote, 2 days office-based

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a driven and talented Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their esteemed team based in Guildford. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert counsel on a wide range of private client matters, including tax advisory, succession planning, and estate administration.
  • Provide sophisticated tax planning advice to (U)HNW global families, non-domiciliaries, and entrepreneurs.
  • Tackle trust-related issues, both onshore and offshore, with a specific focus on tax concerns.
  • Build enduring client relationships by tailoring solutions to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Assist the practice's growth by contributing to business development and ensuring strong client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively within a talented team, including six partners, to ensure top-tier client service.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE with strong experience in private client tax advisory work.
  • A robust academic background with experience gained at a respected City, national, or regional firm.
  • Top-tier communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
  • A proven ability to juggle a diverse workload with excellent organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset for business development initiatives to support the growth of the firm.
