The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a thriving and expanding law firm. Working as part of an experienced private client team, you will manage your own caseload of wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate and court of protection matters, with supervision and support available where required. You will liaise directly with clients and third parties, including HMCTS, HMRC and the Land Registry, prepare estate accounts, draft legal documentation and manage matters from instruction through to completion. The role offers genuine responsibility together with ongoing training, development and the opportunity to progress your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with at least 1 years PQE and experience handling a broad range of private client matters. You will possess excellent client care and communication skills, together with strong organisational and time management abilities, enabling you to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively. Experience using case management systems would be advantageous, as would a sound understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to their work and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close knit team. A full driving licence and local knowledge would be beneficial.
