Private Client Lawyer
AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a leading Legal 500 recognised and award-winning law firm who are looking to grow their Private Client team.
In this role you will work as part of a team of Private Client specialist lawyers, serving as trusted advisors to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses globally, emphasising long-term relationships to provide practical solutions for various tax, trust, and estate planning scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate and succession planning
- Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
- Preparing Powers of Attorney
- Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning
- Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given
- Be self-sufficient in the administration of estates including intestacy
- Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm’s fee targets
