A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join my client's team on a hybrid basis in their Margate offices.

Key Duties
- To manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection cases.
- To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts
- To maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm
- To assist colleagues, Directors and Heads of Department with marketing and training events and initiatives
- To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff as required including assisting with recruitment, training etc
- To use the case management software

The Successful Applicant Must Have
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Private Client matters (candidates with less experience would still be considered).
- Experience of working on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with clients and other contacts
- IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
- Commercial and financial awareness.
- Preferable if based locally with some client following.
