- Wills
- Probate
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Estate administration
- Contested estates (advantageous experience)

Requirements & Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years PQE managing your own caseload
- Experience across:
- Will drafting
- Probate
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Estate administration
- (Contested estates – advantageous)
- Strong client care skills and a proactive approach
- Passion for building long-term client relationships
- Appropriate for fee earners from junior to partnership level
