PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER, 2+ PQE, GREATER LONDON, GBP 45,000 : GBP 70,000 DOE

Join an expanding Private Client team offering high-quality work, excellent career progression, and a genuine pathway to Partnership. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

About the Role

Join a growing and highly regarded Private Client team managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value matters. You will advise clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning, while handling all aspects of estate administration.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing inheritance tax returns
  • Grant of Representation applications
  • Estate accounts
  • Overseeing the administration of estate assets, including property portfolios and company shareholdings
  • Building strong client relationships by managing new enquiries, taking instructions, and providing practical, client-focused advice throughout the probate process

Requirements

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and experienced fee earners with a minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent) in private client law. You will possess:

  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own caseload efficiently with a proactive and organized approach

Ambition to develop your career, contribute to the continued growth of the department, and progress towards Partnership will be highly regarded.
