The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a well-respected specialist private client team. You will manage a broad and varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and wider succession planning matters. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will deliver high-quality legal advice while building strong, long-term client relationships. The role offers genuine responsibility, exposure to complex private client work, and the flexibility to be based from one of the firm's three offices.

Applications are sought from Private Client Lawyers with at least 3 years of experience managing a broad private client caseload. You will possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning matters, together with excellent communication and client care skills. STEP qualification would be highly advantageous, although candidates working towards the qualification or with equivalent experience are also encouraged. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the continued success of a highly regarded team.
