The Retail team is hiring a Private Client Manager.
The role
As Private Client Manager, you will support the leadership and delivery of the Private Client Services strategy, driving operational excellence, enhancing member engagement and ensuring a consistently elevated and discreet client experience across all touchpoints.
Location: Bicester Village, On-Site
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Support the Private Clients Director in delivering the Private Office strategy and objectives
- Oversee day-to-day Private Office operations, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards
- Drive member acquisition and retention to strengthen engagement with high-value clients
- Manage relationships with UHNWI and VICs as a trusted point of contact
- Lead planning and delivery of clientelling programmes, events and bespoke activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, marketing and hospitality to deliver integrated experiences
- Maintain and enhance operational processes, service standards and frameworks
- Produce reporting and insights to support decision-making and strategy

What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private client services or premium retail
- Strong programme and operational management skills, with attention to detail and execution
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building trust with high-value clients
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience managing VIC or UHNW client relationships
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness of luxury consumer behaviour and expectations
- Confident working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
