Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and client correspondence
- Prepare probate and estate administration paperwork
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
- Manage files and maintain case management systems
- Support fee earners in daily case progression, from initial instruction to completion
Requirements
Successful candidates must have:
✔ Previous experience within a Private Client environment ✔ Knowledge of:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trust management ✔ Strong organisational and administrative skills ✔ Exceptional communication and client care abilities ✔ Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines ✖ Experience with case management systems (advantageous)
