The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high:quality work. You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy. You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include, Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust administration and general private client support and client liaison

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years previous experience within a private client department. Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration Be highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills Be empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
