Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The precise scope of the role can be shaped around the successful partner’s existing expertise, client base, and future ambitions.

The Candidate

The firm is seeking a technically excellent and commercially minded Private Client Partner with a strong commitment to client service.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A recognised private client practice and strong technical credentials
  • Experience advising sophisticated high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • The ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of clients’ wider family and business interests
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across complementary practice areas
  • An interest in contributing to the strategic development of the private client offering
  • A credible business case, established relationships, or clear potential to develop a following

A substantial portable following may be advantageous, but the firm is equally interested in high-quality partners whose practice has strong growth potential and who would benefit from a more supportive and internationally connected platform.
