Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

A highly regarded Top 150 UK law firm is seeking experienced Partners to join its growing teams across multiple offices in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across both commercial and private client disciplines.

The firm is looking to speak with Partners, or senior lawyers ready to step into Partnership in their Private Client team.

Successful candidates will have strong technical expertise within their specialism and a commercial approach to developing client relationships. Whilst an existing client following would be advantageous, it is by no means essential. The firm has a proven track record of supporting Partners in growing their practice through an established referral network, cross-department collaboration and dedicated business development support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
