Private Client Equity Partner / Solicitor – Birmingham
Salary up to £200,000 + 30% Bonus + Benefits
A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to join its established Birmingham team.
This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers:

The Role
- Lead on complex:
- Private client matters (estates, trusts, and succession planning)
- Tax, wealth structuring, and lifetime planning for HNW individuals
- Handle complex estate administration and trust matters
- Play a senior role in client relationship management and retention
- Drive business development and strengthen referrer networks in Birmingham
- Collaborate closely with partners nationally on cross-office matters
- Support mentoring and development of junior team members
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the private client team

The Candidate
- Must be a Senior Solicitor or existing Partner currently operating at that level
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Private client matters
- Tax (with a focus on HNW and UHNW clients)
- Proven track record in:
- Developing client relationships
- Growing workstreams
- Demonstrates:
- A commercial and strategic mindset
- Leadership and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to grow a Birmingham-based practice
