Join a Leading International Private Client Team
A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Private Client & Probate Specialist (3–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Private Client team in London.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with specialist expertise in estate administration to work on some of the UK's most complex and high-value probate matters. You'll advise high-net-worth and international clients, handling sophisticated estates involving trusts, tax planning, and cross-border succession alongside recognised leaders in private wealth.
The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, taking responsibility for:
- Advising on the administration of complex and high-value estates from start to finish.
- Handling intestacies, Grants of Representation, and Deeds of Variation.
- Advising on Inheritance Tax, including Residence Nil Rate Band planning.
- Managing estates involving trusts, tax planning, and succession issues.
- Advising on cross-border estates and liaising with overseas advisers.
- Building strong relationships with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
- Delivering exceptional client service while supervising and supporting junior team members where appropriate.

About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with 3–4 years' PQE.
- Experienced in probate and estate administration from instruction through to completion.
- Knowledgeable in trusts, inheritance tax, and complex estate matters.
- Ideally STEP qualified, or working towards qualification.
- Confident managing your own caseload while delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Organised, commercially aware, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
