We are a Private Travel Office for international UHNW’s.
We design, curate and manage unique experiences delivering a superior service and exclusive access.
Our USP relies upon discernment and meticulous attention to detail. Joining our relatively small team means being immersed in the world of luxury, where you will be expected to have had some previous experience.
About the Role
The role's responsibility is to seek and sign up new annual private clients as well as convert existing prospects. It also involves the development of new partnership opportunities for the provision of world-class travel services.
It is a success and results-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects who have expressed interest in Nota Bene Global's annual private client services.
- Conduct conversations with principals and their EA’s, leading to successful sign-ups and revenue generation.
- Clearly articulate our private client service model and point of difference.
- Confidently manage discussions around fees.

Prospecting & Research
- Proactively research, identify, and source potential clients who align with Nota Bene Global’s values and service.
- Identify appropriate networks, platforms, events, referrals, and channels that are likely to lead to UHNW referrals.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to identify relevant audiences and opportunities.
- Work closely with the rest of the Nota Bene team.
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable engaging with UHNWs, mainly in the US, as well as Europe and the Middle East.
- Naturally credible, articulate, discreet, and proactive.
- Commercially minded with strong emotional intelligence.
- Confident working independently to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Understands that UHNW sales are based on trust, alignment, and long-term relationships, not pressure.
- Confident discussing complex, high-value travel styles.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience selling high-value services.
- Experience in the world of luxury and hospitality, with sound understanding of private banking and family offices.
- Ability to research and identify strong leads.
- Confident, well-spoken manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is an advantage.
- Professional presence and excellent written and verbal English.
- High level of judgement.
Compensation
- Base salary.
- Performance-based commission and bonus structure.
Role conditions
- Work eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Role duration: Immediate start, full- or part-time considered.
