Job Role: Senior Associate – Private Client
Location: Reading Office
Job Profile:
We are currently working with a highly accredited Legal 500 UK Legal Firm that is now growing their Private Client team. This is a senior position with a high level of autonomy so would be suitable for an ambitious Senior Associate to work around a technically complex team and high-value private client matters. This opportunity is ideal for a 5+ PQE Senior Associate that wants to join an established and growing team.
This role places itself around sophisticated tax and estate planning, involving cross-border structures, multi-jurisdictional estates, and complex and high-value family wealth arrangements. You’ll work alongside senior colleagues on advanced planning matters while driving business development initiatives and strengthening the team’s overall market presence.

Client Base:
You’ll be working around HNW individuals across the UK and internationally, and will require:
- Complex Estate Planning
- IHT planning
- Succession Planning
- Wills
- Probate
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Cross-border tax and estate planning
