Private Client Tax Manager | Belfast - Hybrid

Advisory-Focused Role | Full Client Ownership

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Tax Manager to join a highly regarded professional services firm, taking on a genuinely advisory-led role with full ownership of a diverse client portfolio. This position offers the chance to move beyond pure compliance and step into a role where you will lead on complex advisory work, build long-term client relationships, and play an active role in developing junior team members and contributing to business growth. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client interaction, commercial thinking, and people development.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality advisory services across areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, estates, and succession planning. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-term relationships and becoming their main point of contact for complex personal tax matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
