Private Client Senior Solicitor
Location: Croydon - hybrid
Salary: £90-120,000
Experience: 6PQE+

OVERVIEW
Join a reputable Legal 500 with a highly regarded Private Client team. The practice is known for handling high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection and estate planning.
- Advising HNW individuals, families, elderly and vulnerable clients on complex private client matters.
- Building strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional advisers.
- Managing matters with autonomy while contributing to the wider team’s success.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department.

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in private client work.
- Strong technical experience across wills, trusts, probate, estate planning and inheritance tax.
- Experience advising HNW clients and managing complex estates.
- STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable.
- Strong client care, communication and leadership skills.
- A collaborative approach with an interest in developing your career, with potential progression towards partnership.
