Private Client Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)
Location: East London Salary: Competitive (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are collaborating with a reputable law firm to appoint a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding team. This client-facing role provides the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload across wills, probate, and wider private client matters within a supportive and professional setting.
The successful candidate will be an ass confident communicator, with the ability to work sensitively and discretely while delivering high-calibre legal services.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration
- Drafting legal documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and associated applications
- Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax, and trusts
- Liaising with third parties such as financial institutions, HMRC, and other professionals
- Handling Court of Protection and deputyship matters, as required
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in private client work
- Demonstrated expertise in probate, intestacy, and estate administration
- Strong knowledge of inheritance tax and estate planning
- Exceptional communication and client care skills
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, with high organisational skills
