Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive 5+ PQE Worcestershire
Salary: Competitive DOE
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Worcestershire law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, 5+ years PQE, to join its successful and growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer to join a firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Elderly client matters and future planning
- Asset protection and wealth preservation

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a solid background in private client work.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- At least 5 years experience handling a broad private client caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Tax matters
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with sensitive matters
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
- STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, though not essential
