Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive 5+ PQE Worcestershire

Salary: Competitive DOE

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Worcestershire law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, 5+ years PQE, to join its successful and growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer to join a firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Elderly client matters and future planning
  • Asset protection and wealth preservation

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a solid background in private client work.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • At least 5 years experience handling a broad private client caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Tax matters
  • Excellent client care and relationship management skills
  • A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with sensitive matters
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
  • STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, though not essential
