Key Responsibilities
Your role will centre on legal expertise, mentorship and service innovation—key duties include:
Core Duties
- Provide technical leadership, advising on:
- High-value, taxable estates and inheritance tax planning.
- Estate administration for complex scenarios.
- Review new and ongoing matters, identify risks, and guide approach.
- Mentor junior colleagues, sharing insight to elevate practice standards.
- Support development of estate-planning and trust services (training/policy).
- Maintain client engagements and network with professional contacts.
- Manage a diverse caseload, applying analytical mindsets to legal challenges.
