The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax and Trusts Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client team with a strong presence across Yorkshire. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters with a particular emphasis on tax and trusts, advising clients on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trust administration. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will provide clear, practical advice to a diverse client base while building long term relationships and delivering the highest standards of client care. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Solicitors with between 5 and 8 years PQE and a strong background in private client work, together with particular expertise in tax and trusts. You will have experience advising on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trust matters and be confident managing your own caseload independently. STEP qualification is highly desirable, although candidates working towards the qualification or with equivalent experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical ability, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
