Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) – Buckinghamshire - Up to £60k + Benefits + Bonus

A leading regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established practice recognised for its outstanding client service, high-quality work and strong reputation within the private wealth sector.

The firm advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners, on complex private client matters. The team has built an excellent reputation for its expertise in Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Tax Planning, delivering a first-class service to a loyal and established client base.

The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with a high degree of autonomy
  • Advising on Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration matters
  • Providing estate and succession planning advice to individuals and families
  • Preparing Wills, Trust documentation and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues across a collaborative and supportive team
  • Supporting business development initiatives, networking activities and profile-raising opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with legal developments and best practice within private client law

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong experience across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong client care and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a highly regarded team
