Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
PQE Required: NQ
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to GBP 55,000 (DOE)
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a busy and well established wills and probate department. Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will:
- Manage your own developing caseload of private client matters
- Advise clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters
- Meet with clients both in the office and at their homes or care settings
- Prepare legal documentation
- Submit applications to the probate registry
- Manage matters through to completion

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with experience gained within a private client or wills and probate department. You will possess:
- A sound understanding of wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration
- Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills
- A desire to work towards STEP qualification would be advantageous
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service whilst developing their technical expertise within a supportive environment. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use would be preferred.
