Private Client Solicitor (3–5 Years PQE), Birmingham Salary: GBP 50,000 – GBP 60,000 (DOE) Job Reference: 4464

Responsibilities

Primary role includes managing end-to-end caseloads independently with minimal supervision, requiring:

  • Comprehensive experience in Private Client law (3+ years as a Solicitor; otherwise, Legal Executives considered)
  • Strong ability to apply core legal principles with confidence in day-to-day practice
  • Autonomously completing file transitions from outset to conclusion
  • Proactive client service and business development skills
  • Ability to stay ahead of legal developments and knowledge-sharing within the team
  • STEP qualification added advantage

Requirements

Essential:

  • ** ato least 3 years’ post-qualification Private Client experience** (or Legal Executive equivalent EQUIV)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-first ethos
  • Self-motivation to develop expertise and market reputation
  • Legal administration rigor (full file management: intake to conclusion)

Preferred:

  • STEP Qualification
  • Demonstrated networking and development track record
