- To manage and progress a caseload of Private Client matters through to completion
- Matters will include Administration of Estates, Trusts & Inheritance Tax
- Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate and setting up trusts

The Person
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 to 4 years’ PQE
- Experienced in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration
- Tax planning would be advantageous
