Our private client practice handles a wide range of cases, including wills and probate, estate planning, trusts, power of attorney arrangements, elder law matters, tax planning, court of protection, charitable giving advice, and personal affairs management. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with high quality private clients and assist with growing our private client legal services in Gerrards Cross. You will work closely within a very cohesive and friendly team who share a passion for helping our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has already amassed valuable experience in their field and is now poised to elevate their career by seizing an opportunity that promises room for growth and genuine prospects for advancement.

As an integral member of our team, the role entails:
- Taking on a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy, while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Meeting clients face-to-face or virtually to understand their needs and objectives, providing them with specialised advice tailored to their situation.
- Compliance with Lexcel standards and the SRA code of conduct, ensuring meticulous case and file management, along with diligent risk assessments.
- Maintaining commercial awareness, recording time accurately, and ensuring prompt billing.
- Preparing legal documentation such as Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and managing Probate cases efficiently.
- Maximising marketing opportunities through presentations, seminars, and cross-selling to generate new business.
- Staying abreast of legal developments through continuous professional development.
- Contributing to the overall success and cohesion of the team by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
