Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising clients on wills, probate and estate administration
- Supporting on trust creation and administration matters
- Handling powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex estate planning matters
- Providing practical and sensitive legal advice to individuals and families
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly
Profile
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ PQE
- Experienced in handling a range of private client matters
- Keen to develop specialist trust experience
- Commercially aware with strong client care skills
- Organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
