Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Ways, trusts, estate planning, and probate
- Collaborate with Senior Partners on complex, high-value work for clients
- Act as legal representative for:
- High-net-worth individuals
- Families
- Business owners
- Contribute to tax and succession planning strategies involving:
- Business structures
- Investment portfolios
- Develop prime client relationships and support business growth strategies
- Work cross-departmentally to enhance referral networks within the firm
Candidate Requirements
As a Private Client Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate, you should have:
- Experienced background with a reputable law firm
- Strong technical understanding of private client law
- Experience or knowledge of working with HNW clients and complex estates preferred
- Excellent client relationship management skills for a trusted private client professional
- Individual aspiring to learn, develop, and develop in a leading legal environment
- Strong business acumen, eager to build a long-term career
