An established and highly regarded law firm in Harrogate is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ OR with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience) to join its expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters from instruction through completion.
- Advising clients on:
- Wills, probate, estate administration
- Trusts and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
- Inheritance tax and estate planning
- Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient case progression.
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- NQ or 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience (Private Client focus required)
- Clear understanding of:
- Wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts and inheritance tax planning
- Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently with commercial awareness
- Approach to work is proactive and client-focused
