Private Client Solicitor (Partner), 5+ years’ PQE – Cheshire GBP: Highly Competitive (DOE) Job Ref: 4455
About the Role
You will have the opportunity to develop lasting client relationships, expand your technical expertise, and actively support the growth of the Private Client Department.
Key Responsibilities

Advise individuals and families on a diverse caseload, covering:
- Wills, estate and succession planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters

Deliver exceptional client service, cultivating trusted relationships and providing tailored, practical advice.

Mentor junior colleagues and share professional knowledge where appropriate.

Provide sensitive, empathetic support to clients navigating complex personal circumstances.

Requirements
- 5+ years PQE (Qualified Lawyer) for this elevate-to-partner opportunity
- Specialist technical expertise in:
- Wills
- Probate & estate administration
- Succession planning
- Strong interpersonal skills—natural ability to build rapport and exceed client expectations
- Commercial acumen with excellent organisational focus and precision under pressure
- Proactive and ambitious, with a proven track record of business development
