Private Client Solicitor (Partner)

Private Client Solicitor (Partner), 5+ years’ PQE – Cheshire GBP: Highly Competitive (DOE) Job Ref: 4455


About the Role

You will have the opportunity to develop lasting client relationships, expand your technical expertise, and actively support the growth of the Private Client Department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise individuals and families on a diverse caseload, covering:

    • Wills, estate and succession planning
    • Probate and estate administration
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Court of Protection matters
  • Deliver exceptional client service, cultivating trusted relationships and providing tailored, practical advice.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and share professional knowledge where appropriate.

  • Provide sensitive, empathetic support to clients navigating complex personal circumstances.

Requirements

  • 5+ years PQE (Qualified Lawyer) for this elevate-to-partner opportunity
  • Specialist technical expertise in:
    • Wills
    • Probate & estate administration
    • Succession planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills—natural ability to build rapport and exceed client expectations
  • Commercial acumen with excellent organisational focus and precision under pressure
  • Proactive and ambitious, with a proven track record of business development
