Private Client Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Swindon, GBP 45,000+ (DOE) : We are looking for a motivated Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a friendly and well-established Private Client team in their Swindon office. REF:4601.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 year post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused firm.
- You'll work with a varied client base, advising individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters while building long-lasting relationships based on trust and excellent service.
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters with appropriate supervision where required.
- Advise clients on wills, estate administration, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and succession planning.
- Provide practical, sensitive, and tailored advice, ensuring clients understand their options and feel supported throughout the process.

Skills Required
- A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a busy and varied workload.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, professional approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
