Private Client Associate Solicitor – Liverpool
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Associate Solicitor in Liverpool to join its growing and highly reputable team.
About the Role
As a Private Client Associate Solicitor in Liverpool, you’ll work on high-quality private client matters, advising high net worth individuals on:
- Wills
- Estates
- Tax planning
- Lifetime trusts
within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advising on wills, probate, and estate administration
- Handling taxable estates and complex estate matters
- Supporting clients with tax and succession planning
- Drafting wills and lifetime trusts
- Working with high net worth individuals and families
- Collaborating with an experienced and reputable team
- Supporting ongoing department growth

Requirements
Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with:

5+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in Private Client practice

Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, and estates
-
STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification desirable but not essential

Experience handling taxable estates and complex matters

Commercially aware and client-focused approach

Strong organisational and communication skills

An ambitious and motivated individual

Preferable prior experience within a high street, regional, or national law firm
