Key Responsibilities As part of the firm’s established and growing Private Client team in Aberdeen, you will advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters within a supportive and well-resourced environment. You will act for a diverse client base, including families, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored, pragmatic advice. Advise on Wills, Executries, Trusts, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney Handle complex estate and tax planning matters Build trusted relationships with clients through a clear, proactive and solutions-focused approach Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support and grow the Private Client practice through cross-referrals
About You Scottish Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work Ideally NQ - 4+ years’ PQE, with a strong grounding across core Private Client matters (if NQ, ideally have completed 12 months or more in PC seats) High level of technical competence, attention to detail and a client-focused mindset Motivated by the opportunity to develop long-term expertise within a growing and high-quality Private Client team
